Enzyme bleach washed garments look like too much pretty than enzyme wash garments or bleach wash garments. It is one of the revolutions in garments washing. It has too much demand from the buyers. In the past, I have discussed the flow chart of the enzyme wash and the process flow chart of a bleach wash. Today I will discuss here the process flow chart of enzyme bleach wash.

Procedure
01
Garments loading into the machine
At the beginning of the enzyme bleach wash, the required amount of garments or apparel or clothing are loaded into the machine here.
02
De-sizing
In the case of enzyme bleach wash, garments are de-sized here by using a de-sized chemical such as bio de, anti-back stain, etc.
03
Rinse two times
To remove sized material from the garments perfectly, it’s rinsed two times.
04
Addition of enzyme
By maintaining M: L ratio here required amount of enzyme is added for enzyme bleach wash. The enzyme can be an acid enzyme or neutral enzyme.
05
Adjusting required PH
By adding CH3COOH, here required PH (4.50-5.00) should be kept for the acid enzyme.
06
The necessary temperature kept for different enzyme
In the case of enzyme bleach wash, the required temperature should be maintained here for the different enzymes.
07
Tumbling for 40-50 minutes
After maintaining all the above conditions, garments should tumble for 40-50 minutes which totally depends on the required shade.
08
Rinse two times
After achieving the required enzyme shade, garments are rinsed here two times to remove starch from the garments.
09
Bleach with cold water
To achieve a better bleaching result, garments should be bleached two times. By maintaining buyer approved wash reference garments are bleached here by using K.C.I or Japanese bleach for a definite time.
10
Rinsing for two times
To remove bleach particles from the garments it should be rinsed two times.
11
Bleach with cold water (Again)
Finally, bleach is applied in the garments again here to match the garments shade with the approved wash reference.
12
Rinsing for two times
After achieving the required shade of enzyme bleach wash, garments are rinsed here to remove all the bleach particles from the garments.
13
Neutralization of bleach
Here, enzyme bleaching wash garments is neutralized by using sodium meta-bi sulfite or sodium hypo which is totally depends on garments shade.
14
Softening
For producing a soft effect in the garments, softening
chemical (anti ozone softener) is used here for a certain period of time. |
15
Hydro
After completing all the above processes garments are unloaded from the machine and extracted by using a hydro extractor.
