Towel bleached garments or apparel or clothing are too much popular to the young generation. As a result garment buyers eagerly develop their products by using towel bleach wash. Towel bleached wash is one of the most critical developments in garments washing. Towel bleached wash plays a significant role in the readymade garments business.  This article has shown the total process flow chart of towel bleached wash in part by part with an explanation.

Process Sequence of Towel Bleach Wash:

First Step:

Garments loading into the machine

Rinsing (Two times)

Enzyme wash (Depending on the required shade)

Rinsing for two times
↓
Hydro

Second Step:

Japanese bleach took in the pot
↓
Added the required amount of water
↓
Bleach melted perfectly
↓
Added the required amount of towel in the melted bleach solution
↓
Put out the towel by squeezing from the bleach solution

Final Step:

Machine wash
↓
Drying the machine by using steam
↓
Take bleach soluted towel into the machine
↓
Garments loading into the machine
↓
Tumble the garments (5-10min)

Neutralization
↓
Softening

Hydro

First Step:

SL No.	Process	Procedure
01	Garments loading into the machine	It is the first process of towel bleaching wash. Here, the required amount of garments are loaded into the machine.
02	De-size	Garments are de-sized by using De-sizing chemicals such as bio de or anti-back stain etc.
03	Rinsing (Two times)	Rinsing is done two times here to remove size material from the garments.
04	Enzyme wash (Depending on the required shade)	In the case of towel bleach wash, enzyme wash depends on the required shade.
05	Rinsing for two times	After the enzyme wash, rinsing has done two times to remove starch material from the garments.
06	Hydro	Garments are unloaded from the machine and extracted by using a hydro extractor.

Second Step:

01	Japanese bleach took in the pot	It is the first task in the second step of towel bleaching wash. The required amount of Japanese bleach has been taken in the pot here.
02	Added the required amount of water	Added sufficient water to melt bleach particles perfectly.
03	Bleach melted perfectly	Bleach particle should melt perfectly here.
04	Added the required amount of towel in the melted bleach solution	In towel bleaching wash, the required amount of towels are added into the melted bleach solution
05	Put out the towel by squeezing from bleach solution	Finally put out the towel by squeezing from the bleach solution.

Final Step:

01	Machine wash	It is the first task in the final step of towel bleaching wash. Machine wash should be done perfectly here. Some times bio de is used to wash the machine.
02	Drying the machine by using steam	By using steam, the washing machine is dried here.
03	Take bleach soluted towel into the machine	Now, a bleach soluted towel is added to the machine.
04	Hydro extracted garments loading into the machine	Hydro extracted garments are loaded into the machine again here with the towel.
05	Tumble the garments (5-10min)	Now, tumble the garments for a definite time to achieve the required shade in towel bleaching wash.
06	Neutralization	Towel bleaching washed garments are neutralized here by using sodium meta-bi sulfite or sodium hypo (depending on the shade) and wash the garments two times.
07	Softening	For achieving the soft effect in the towel bleaching washed garments, a softening chemical (anti ozone softener) is used here.
08	Hydro	Towel bleaching washed garments are unloaded from the machine here and extracted by using a hydro extractor.
09	Drying	Finally, towel bleaching washed garments are dried here by using a gas dryer or steam dryer (depending on the shade).
